- Coordinate property viewing and accompaniment of any such viewing.
- Negotiate tenancy terms e.g. agreement duration rent and special clauses etc.
- Obtain prospective tenant referencing using an accredited reference agency supplying full references including credit check.
- Supply of the tenancy agreement and inventory preparation where applicable.
- Collection of first month’s rental and dilapidation’s deposit, oversee the tenant move and completion of agreements.
- Take utility meter readings and perform transfer into tenant name.
- Arrange full gas and appliance electric safety certification where necessary.
- Advise tenant to set up standing order for future rental payments to your nominated account.
- Transfer payment of proceeds to your account.
- Check out tenant with inventory at the end of the tenancy taking meter readings.
